Alistair Jones, acting as the Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, delegates to the holder of the office of Executive Director, Legislation and Strategic Engagement of the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation all powers and duties under regulations 20(1), 20(2), 20(3), 20(4), 20(5), 21(1) and 21(2) of the Environmental Protection (Prohibited Plastics) Regulations 2018, other than this power of delegation. Delegation No. 161 dated 13 June 2022 is revoked.
