Alistair Jones, Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, delegates to the holders of certain offices within the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation all powers and duties under specified sections and regulations of the Act and the Environmental Protection (Clearing of Native Vegetation) Regulations 2004, other than the power of delegation. Delegation No. 158 dated 25 October 2021 is revoked.
