Under section 5(1) of the Racing Penalties (Appeals) Act 1990, on 27 June 2022 the Minister for Racing and Gaming appointed Mr Robert John Nash as the chairperson of the Racing Penalties Appeal Tribunal for a term commencing on 1 August 2022 and expiring on 31 July 2025. Under section 6(3) of the Racing Penalties (Appeals) Act 1990, on 27 June 2022 the Minister for Racing and Gaming appointed Mr Phillip Andrew Gleeson as a member of the Racing Penalties Appeal Tribunal for a term commencing on 1 August 2022 and expiring on 31 July 2025. Under section 6(3) of the Racing Penalties (Appeals) Act 1990, on 27 June 2022 the Minister for Racing and Gaming appointed Ms Natalie Rae Sinton as a member of the Racing Penalties Appeal Tribunal for a term commencing on 1 August 2022 and expiring on 31 July 2025.
