Under section 5(1) and 6(3) of the Racing Penalties (Appeals) Act 1990, the Minister for Racing and Gaming appointed Ms Karen Josephine Farley SC as the Chairperson of the Racing Penalties Appeal Tribunal and appointed Mr Patrick John Hogan, Mr Robert John Nash, Mr Andrew Emillio Monisse, Ms Brenda Elizabeth Robbins, Ms Johanna Lilian Overmars, Ms Zoe Gilders, and Ms Emma Lucy Power to the panel of persons who are eligible to be selected by the Chairperson to be appointed as members of a Tribunal in relation to any appeal.
