Declares and exempts vessels listed in Schedule 1 as emergency vessels, subject to conditions in Schedule 3, pursuant to regulation 19H of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958 and section 115A of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982. Revokes the declaration and exemption in NWR-2022-205094.
