The council of the City of Subiaco resolved on 21 February 2023 to make the following local law under the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2007 and the Local Government Act 1995. This local law is the City of Subiaco Waste Local Law 2022 and applies throughout the district. It commences 14 days after publication in the Government Gazette.
