The City of Subiaco under the powers conferred by the Planning and Development Act 2005 makes the following Local Planning Scheme. This local planning scheme is the City of Subiaco Local Planning Scheme No. 5. Under section 87(4) of the Act, this local planning scheme comes into operation on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
