In the matter of the estate of marjorie elsie feast, late of 26 beckingham parkway, baldivis in the state of western australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 13th day of april 2017, are required by the executor, timothy houweling, to send the particulars of their claim to cornerstone legal, suite 1, 280 bannister road, canning vale in the state of western australia by the 30th day of july 2018, after which date the said executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice.
