Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estates of the undermentioned deceased persons, are required to send particulars of their claims to Cornerstone Legal of 205/5 Harper Terrace, South Perth, 6151, in the State of Western Australia on or before the expiration of one month from the date of publication of this notice after which date the respective Trustees may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice— Dickson, Rodney Arthur late of 25 Anstey Street, South Perth, in the State of Western Australia, Seafarer, died on 1 June 2021. Hounsom, Patricia Irene late of RAAFA Estate, 34/41 Portrush Parade, Meadow Springs, in the State of Western Australia, Retired Secretary / Business Owner, who died on or before 8 August 2022.
