Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estates of the undermentioned deceased persons, are required to send particulars of their claims to Cornerstone Legal of 205/5 Harper Terrace, South Perth, 6151, in the State of Western Australia on or before the expiration of one month from the date of publication of this notice after which date the respective Trustees may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice— Van Rullen, Teresa Maria late of 32 Spencer Avenue, Yokine, in the State of Western Australia, Retail Business Owner, died on 31 August 2022. Watson, Robert Athol late of 121 Welshpool Road, Welshpool, in the State of Western Australia, Business Owner, who died on 4 December 2022.
