Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 29 february 2020 are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims to her care of cornerstone legal of suite 1, market city commercial centre, 280 bannister road, canning vale in the state of western australia 6155 by the 29 december 2020 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which she then has notice.
