It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Ashburton Local Planning Scheme amendment on 23 May 2017 for the purpose of— 1. Rezoning the following land parcel from ‘Parks, Recreation and Drainage’ reserve to ‘Residential R20’ as depicted on the amendment map— a. Lot 26 Killawarra Drive, Tom Price 2. Amending the Shire of Ashburton Town Planning Scheme No. 7 Scheme Map accordingly.
