It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Ashburton Local Planning Scheme amendment on 9 February 2018 for the purpose of— 1. Reclassifying the following land parcels from the ‘Parks, Recreation and Drainage’ reserve to ‘Residential R20’. (a) Part Lot 277 Killawarra Drive and Amaroo Place, Tom Price (b) Part Lot 271 Killawarra Drive and Jabbanup Place, Tom Price 2. Amending the Scheme Maps accordingly.
