It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Ashburton Local Planning Scheme amendment on 27 April 2022 for the purpose of— - Rezoning Lot 588 Beadon Creek Road from ‘Tourism’ to ‘Industry’; - Incorporating additional Clause 4.6—Restricted Use which includes the following text— 4.6.1—The table below sets out— (a) restricted classes of use for specified land that apply instead of the classes of use that are permissible in the zone in which the land is located; and (b) the conditions that apply to that restricted use.
