The Conservation and Parks Commission and the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions advise that proposed amendments to the Plan for the Montebello/Barrow Islands Marine Conservation Reserves 2007 – 2017, Management Plan No. 55, are available for public comment. The proposed amendments comprise changes to the management plan to state the conservation purpose of special purpose zones in the Montebello Islands Marine Park, as well as changes to the permitted activities table to remove fishing restrictions in general use zones of the Montebello Islands Marine Park.
