Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 6 december 2020 are required by the trustee of the late teresa vera appleton to send particulars of their claims to his care of cornerstone legal of suite 1, market city commercial centre, 280 bannister road, canning vale in the state of western australia 6155, on or before 30 days from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which he then has notice.
