Alistair Jones, Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, delegates powers and duties under specified sections and regulations to various office holders within the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation, excluding the power of delegation itself. Delegation No. 168 dated 10 May 2024 is revoked.
