Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 7th day of October 2017 at Bunbury in the said state, are required by the executor siobhan elizabeth lynch to send particulars of their claims to david moss & co by the date one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claim for which she has then had notice.
