Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on the 22nd day of August 2019 at Albany in the said state are required by the executors Peter Keith Wolfe of 36 Henty Road, Kalgan, Western Australia and Constantyn Willem Receveur of 45 Duke Street, Albany, Western Australia to send particulars of their claims to David Moss & Co of PO Box 5744, Albany W.A. 6332 by the date one month following the publication of this notice after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claim for which they have then had notice.
