It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Murray Local Planning Scheme amendment on 24 March 2020 for the purpose of— 1. Rezone Lot 13 (no. 22) husband road, barragup from ‘public purposes: sec depot’ to the ‘service commercial zone’; and 2. Amend the scheme map accordingly.
