It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Murray Local Planning Scheme amendment on 26 February 2019 for the purpose of modifying the section of the table under Schedule 5—Special Use Zone relating to Lot 39 (57) McLarty Street, Dwellingup.
