It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Murray Local Planning Scheme amendment on 12 October 2018 for the purpose of modifying the section of the table under ‘Appendix II—Additional Uses’ relating to Lot 64 (41) Wilson Road, Pinjarra, inserting a definition for ‘Brewery’ and replacing the existing definition for ‘restaurant/café’.
