These rules amend the District Court Rules 2005, replacing rule 61A regarding the return of security for costs deposits. The court must return the deposit if no action has been taken on the appeal for 12 months or the appeal has concluded and no order or agreement has been made regarding the deposit within 12 months, and no claim has been made on the deposit.
