These rules are the District Court Amendment Rules (No. 3) 2017. These rules come into operation as follows: rules 1 and 2 on the day of gazettal, the rest of the rules on the day after. These rules amend the District Court Rules 2005. Rule 3A inserted regarding forms under Restraining Orders Act 1997.
