The Environmental Protection Authority has resolved to delegate all its powers and duties conferred or imposed by specified sections of the Environmental Protection Act 1986 and regulations to specified office holders within the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation. Delegation No. 55 dated 16 December 2021 is revoked.
