The Environmental Protection Authority has resolved to delegate to the holder for the time being of the office of Executive Director EPA Services, Department of Water and Environmental Regulation, all its powers and duties under section 14(2) of the Act and regulations 2B(3) and 2B(5A) of the Environmental Protection Regulations 1987. Delegation 31 published on 8 February 2013 and Delegation 23 published on 13 January 2012 are revoked.
