The Environmental Protection Authority has resolved to delegate all its powers and duties conferred or imposed by section 14(2) and 14A(7) of the Act and regulation 2B of the Environmental Protection Regulations 1987, and section 21E. Delegation No. 55 dated 16 December 2021 is hereby revoked.
