The Environmental Protection Authority has resolved to delegate all its powers and duties conferred or imposed by sections 38G(1)(b), 38G(5), 38G(7), 40(4), 40(5) and 40(6)(b) of the Act; section 14(2) and 14A(7) of the Act and regulation 2B of the Environmental Protection Regulations 1987; regulations 3B and 3D of the Regulations; section 48A(1)(a) of the Act; section 48A(1)(b) of the Act; section 48C(3A) and 48C(4) of the Act; section 48C(5)(b) of the Act.
