Rick Fletcher, Executive Director Fisheries and Agriculture Resource Management of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, Western Australia, in accordance with clause 12 of the Abrolhos Islands and Mid West Trawl Managed Fishery Management Plan 1993, cancels Notice No. 1 of 2018, permits scallop fishing in Schedule 1 Item 2 waters from 1 March 2019 to 31 August 2019, permits scallop and prawn fishing in Schedule 1 Item 3 waters from 1 March 2019 to 15 November 2019, prohibits scallop and prawn fishing at other times in the Fishery, and prohibits scallop and prawn fishing at all times in Schedule 1 waters of the Houtman Abrolhos Reef Observation Areas Notice 1994.
