These regulations are the environmental protection (controlled waste) amendment regulations 2020. Regulations 1 and 2 commence on the day of gazettal, and the rest on the day after. These regulations amend the environmental protection (controlled waste) regulations 2004. Regulation 54 is amended to allow the ceo to reduce, waive or refund fees.
