It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and development act 2005 that the minister for planning approved the shire of chapman valley local planning scheme amendment on 25 january 2017 for the purpose of— (a) reclassify part lot 271 chapman valley road, yetna and the adjoining road reserve from parks and recreation reserve to rural; and (b) modifying the scheme map accordingly.
