Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 28th day of march 2017 at denmark, in the said state, are required by the personal representative constantyn willem receveur of david moss & co, 45 duke street, albany, western australia to send particulars of their claims to david moss & co of po box 5744, albany wa 6332 by the date one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claim for which he has then had notice.
