It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Canning Local Planning Scheme amendment on 5 November 2021 for the purpose of reclassifying Lot 92 (No. 12-14) Coulson Way, Canning Vale from ‘Public Open Space’ to ‘General Industry’ as shown on the Scheme Amendment No. 2 Map.
