It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Canning Local Planning Scheme amendment on 2 August 2023 for the purpose of— 1. Inserting Additional Use No. 31 into Schedule B as follows: No. Description of land Additional use Conditions Land zoned ‘Light Industry’ Consulting Rooms (D) 31 and generally bounded by Medical Centre (D) Roxby Lane, Herald Avenue, Motor Vehicle, Boat or Acanthus Road and Freesia Caravan Sales (D) Way. Restaurant/Café (A) 2. Updating the Local Planning Scheme No.42 Map as shown on the Scheme Amendment No. 11 Map.
