It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Canning Local Planning Scheme amendment on 26 April 2023 for the purpose of— 1. A 485m2 portion of 46-50 (Lot 326) Hartfield Street, Queens Park from 'Public Open Space' to "Residential R30'. 2. 5 (Lot 414) Godfrey Street, Queens Park from 'Residential R30' to 'Public Open Space' as shown on the Scheme Amendment No. 6 Maps.
