Sets annual fees for pearling licences, hatchery licences and permits under section 27(1)(a) of the Act for the year ending 31 December 2019. Details fees for Zone 1, 2, and 3 pearling (wildstock) licences, pearling (seeding) licences, hatchery licences, and pearling permits. Allows payment by instalments under regulation 9A with a 3.13% surcharge.
