This notice is the Pearling (Annual Fees) Notice (No. 2) 2018. For the purposes of section 27(1)(a) of the Act the annual fee for the year ending 31 December 2019 is $5463.84 per square nautical mile of the relevant pearl oyster farm, applied pro rata. The annual fee for a farm lease may be paid by instalments as specified in the Schedule to this notice.
