These regulations amend the pearling (general) regulations 1991. Regulation 6(1) is amended to delete βpermit, unless payment of the fee is waived by the ceo.β and insert: permit. Regulation 9b is inserted after regulation 9a regarding refund, reduction or waiver of fees.
