It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Broome Local Planning Scheme amendment on 30 August 2019 for the purpose of— 1. Removing the Restricted Use designation from Lot No. 97 on Strata Plan No. 57160, located on the NE Corner of Walcott and Saville Streets Broome and amending the Scheme Map accordingly. 2. Amending the Scheme Map by rezoning Lots 30, 31 and 32 Walcott Street, Broome from Residential (R20) to Mixed Use with no R-Code designation.
