It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Broome Local Planning Scheme amendment on 16 March 2018 for the purpose of correction of minor text errors and omissions, zoning table amendments, alignment with strategic framework, standards for outbuildings in the rural residential zone, schedule 8—development standards amendments, and schedule 9—car, motorcycle and bicycle ratios amendments.
