It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Broome Local Planning Scheme amendment on 5 November 2021 for the purpose of— 1. Reclassifying part of Lot 9007 on Deposited Plan 74189, Magabala Road Billingurr, from Local Centre, Residential R30/40. Residential R40; and Parks, Recreation and Drainage Reserve to Residential R20; and include an Additional Use for Child Care Centre. 2. Inserting the following into Schedule 2 Additional Use of the Scheme Text— No. Description of Land Additional Use Conditions 27 Part Lot 9007 on Deposited Child Care Centre The additional use shall be Plan 74189 considered a ‘P’ use 3. Amending the Scheme Map accordingly.
