Cancels Notice No. 3 of 2019 and permits gear trialling between 0800 and 1600 hours each day during the fishing season extending from the date of the gazettal of Notice No. 4 of 2019 to 10 October 2019, in a specified area. Prohibits prawn fishing in specified parts of the Fishery between specified times and dates, including closures at Withnell Point, North Carnarvon Peron Line, Northern Scallop Closure, NWP Scallop Closure, Snapper/Trawl Closure, South Carnarvon Peron Line, and areas north and south of Koks Island.
