Rick Fletcher, Executive Director of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, Sustainability and Biosecurity, Western Australia, in accordance with clause 10 of the Shark Bay Prawn Managed Fishery Management Plan 1993, cancels Notice No. 2 of 2020 and prohibits fishing for prawns in specified areas of the Shark Bay Prawn Managed Fishery between certain dates, while permitting gear trialling under specific conditions.
