Rick Fletcher, Executive Director, Fisheries and Agriculture Resource Management of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, Western Australia, gives notice that he has cancelled Determination No.1 of 2019 and made a new determination (Determination No. 1 of 2022) in accordance with clause 9 of the Shark Bay Scallop Managed Fishery Management Plan 1994, which sets out the dates, times and areas that fishing is prohibited in the Shark Bay Scallop Managed Fishery during the period commencing from the date of gazettal of this notice and ending on 1 June 2025.
