I, Heather Brayford, Deputy Director General of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, Sustainability and Biosecurity, Western Australia, in accordance with the Shark Bay Scallop Managed Fishery Management Plan 1994, hereby give notice that I have cancelled Determination No.1 of 2017 and a new determination (Determination No. 1 of 2018) has been made in accordance with clause 9 of the Shark Bay Scallop Managed Fishery Management Plan 1994.
