Rick Fletcher, Executive Director, Fisheries and Agriculture Resource Management of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, Western Australia, in accordance with clause 9 of the Shark Bay Scallop Managed Fishery Management Plan 1994, cancels Determination No. 1 of 2019, dated 30 April 2019 and prohibits fishing for scallops in all parts of the Fishery from the date of gazettal to 0800 hours on 1 June 2025.
