Declares June 13, 2025 as the relevant day for the 2025-26 levy year under the Fire and Emergency Services Act 1998.

I, paul papalia, the minister administering the fire and emergency services act 1998 (the act), hereby declare under section 36g(2)(a) of the act that the relevant day for the 2025-26 levy year shall be 13 june 2025. This determination has been made after consultation with persons who i believe effectively represent the interests of local governments.
