Declares June 19, 2020 as the relevant day for the 2020/21 levy year under the Fire and Emergency Services Act 1998.

I, francis logan, the minister administering the fire and emergency services act 1998 (the act), hereby declare under section 36g(2)(a) of the act that the relevant day for the 2020/21 levy year shall be 19 june 2020. This determination has been made after consultation with persons who i believe effectively represent the interests of local governments.
