Relevant Day Declaration for 2021/22 Levy Year
Declares June 18, 2021 as the relevant day for the 2021/22 levy year under the Fire and Emergency Services Act 1998.

I, reece whitby, the minister administering the fire and emergency services act 1998 (the act), hereby declare under section 36g(2)(a) of the act that the relevant day for the 2021/22 levy year shall be 18 june 2021. This determination has been made after consultation with persons who i believe effectively represent the interests of local governments.
