It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Exmouth Local Planning Scheme amendment on 15 August 2022 for the purpose of inserting a definition for 'Major event', inserting 'Additional Use (A9)' into Schedule 2, modifying section 2.3 Additional uses for local reserves, and amending the Scheme Maps accordingly.
